Deputy Prime Minister Dumitru Alaiba: the power of small things and measuring what matters

In our final 2023 episode of the Digital Decisions podcast, guest researcher Elena Varta and I had an engaging conversation with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Digitalization, Dumitru Alaiba of Moldova.  Together, we delved into Moldova’s ongoing digitalization efforts and its ambitious future plans. Our discussion ranged widely, from the Minister’s personal journey as an anti-corruption advocate to his current role as a senior government leader where he employs digital tools to create an inclusive society for every Moldovan citizen.
